Wellness & Performance is designed for training the "older adult" population. Sessions are part of a year long plan to help you increase your balance, coordination, strength, cardio vascular endurance and flexibility. Each session will include mobility movements, mini band work, fall prevention, hand eye coordination, hinge, row, press, raise, split stance movements, loaded carries, low back, hip, core and manipulation strength. Wellness & Performance is designed to enhance your abilities to allow you to perform activities of daily living and more! Time to get well and perform.
