Fighting Osteoporosis is a progressive training program designed on a sliding scale to fit individual clientele training experience. These are Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions not classes. Each session is part of a year long plan designed to help you increase your bone mineral density and decrease fall risk while following physician guidelines. Each session will include mobility movements, mini band work, fall prevention, hand eye coordination, hinge, row, press, raise and split stance movements.
